I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, holding a Masters degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL-MH15346). I also have completed several in-person trainings with world renowned therapists and coaches including couples counseling training with John and Julie Gottman, as well as Life Coaching training with Tony Robbins.
I practice psychotherapy from a depth and integration perspective. Utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, hypnotherapy and psychoanalysis creates the avenues that facilitate diverse and lasting change to the way we think, feel and behave.
On a personal note, I believe laughter is good medicine. My kids think that I'm cool. I'm in a heavy metal band. I love to learn. I love to discuss profound concepts and ideas. I like looking for the common humanity in most situations.
