I have a very down-to-earth approach and try to make those I form a counseling relationship with feel comfortable, understood, encouraged, and validated. I want to help you make significant and lasting changes in your life that are meaningful to you. I will not only individualize treatment based on your personal needs and preferences, but I often request feedback to ensure that you are satisfied with our relationship and the direction things are going.
I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, holding a Masters degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL-MH15346). I also have completed several in-person trainings with world renowned therapists and coaches including couples counseling training with John and Julie Gottman, as well as Life Coaching training with Tony Robbins.
